On Monday night July 19th, 16 Chapter "O" participants gathered at Dell Diamond to watch a triple "A" baseball game between the Round Rock Express and The New Orleans Zephers. We made all the noise we could to cheer the Express to a win, but it just wasn't quite enough. Maybe next year we will have more of Chapter "O" cheering for the local team. In true Goldwinger fashion, we had lots of $1.00 Hot Dogs and $1.00 cokes.

Chapter "O" members gathered at HEB in Cedar Park to ride to the Highlander Restaurant in Burnet for an Appreciation Lunch. Lunch was compliments of the Chapter. About 16 bikes and trikes and 4 cages gathered for the ride. Several more met us in Burnet. All together there were about 35 members present for the Lunch. Good food and good friends equals a great day!

Jennifer's send off party to the Air Force Academy was a fun time for family members, friends from near and far and also Chapter "O" members. Gail and Jerry hosted the send off party and had some good eats catered for all to enjoy. If you did not make this gathering, please take time to talk with Jennifer before she flies out to Colorado Springs on June 23. GOOD LUCK Jennifer!

Chapter O had 33 members attend the Texas District rally in Killeen. We won a number of prizes, and Ken / Barbie stepped down as Texas District directors. They did a great job from 2007 to 2010. Lots of memorable events. Now Fred and Mandy Mew are the new District Directors. Chapter O's own Mark and Lynn Heene were named Assistant DD. If you missed the fun in Killeen you can enjoy the fun next year at the same place. More of what went on will be in the Newsletter.

A total of 12 bikes / trikes and one 4 wheeler went to Brownwood for the O2 Rally. Almost everyone departed from the Cedar Park HEB at 0800 and arrived in Brownwood shortly after 1000. The morning ride proved to be perfect weather. The storms passed through early and left a sunny beautiful day. Chapter O had an attendance of 16 people. The duck races went off without too many trying to escape. The ride home for almost everyone was a great adventure. We went via back roads to the Regency suspension bridge and then on to Llano and of course dinner at Coopers. Everyone got home just about sunset.
